Challenge:
Antonio Banderas was looking for a company to work on the new branding materials for his production house "Greenmoon" and so they reached the well known studio called Brida, owned by some good friends of mine. A studio located in Málaga, Antonio and myself's hometown.
As Creative Director with hands-on experience in production, they called me to help them out bringing this brand to life with a cinema ident that would be seen every time the production house releases a new movie.
Solution:
When I asked the client for the reason for this name they told me that it is inspired by local poetry about the lands of olives so common in Andalusia, in the south of Spain. With this in mind I proposed a very artistic execution with the camera flying in between the olives as the place was being "painted" while the action moves across the fields to land in the moon that turns into the logo.
Result:
Leaving Antonio and his team speechless with just a "whoaaa" was an experience I will never forget.
